Product Introduction

GR-92 Nano Thermal Insulation Microsilica is a highly reactive nano-sized microsilica powder specifically developed for high-temperature thermal insulation systems. Through optimized particle size and surface activity control, this product achieves enhanced filling and compaction effects alongside multi-scale pore structure optimization capabilities.GR-92 combines ultra-fine particle size, high specific surface area, high active SiO₂ content, and excellent dispersibility. It significantly enhances material thermal resistance, density, and high-temperature strength while reducing thermal conductivity.

Technical Principle

1️⃣ Nano-filled Densification

Ultrafine nanoparticles fill the micro-pores in the matrix, reducing pore connectivity and minimizing heat conduction pathways, thereby lowering thermal conductivity.

2️⃣ Secondary Reaction

Reaction between active SiO₂ and Ca(OH)₂ generates additional C-S-H gel, enhancing structural density and high-temperature strength.

3️⃣ Pore Structure Optimization

Optimizing the internal microporous structure enhances air entrainment effects, improving overall thermal resistance performance.
